Rod end strength?

Because of limited space I had to replace the front sway bar end links on my MII equipped Ford 34 with rod ends.
The rod ends are 3 pcs aircraft quality 7/16" and rated to a maximum load of 4244 lbs. Crome moly 7/16 rod enda are rated to app 10000lbs.

Do you think the rod ends that I'm using are strong enough? I don't want a rod end to snap off in the middle of a sharp turn...

I think you have it covered pretty good and will never have any problems with those rod ends. I have seen what I thought were pretty anemic sway bars and rod ends on some cars that never gave any problems.

What sway bar did you use on your 34?

I use a standard Mustang II Sway bar from Fat Man (as the rest of the suspension, too)
By moving the sway bar forward an inch, it may be mounted at the rear of the suspension and out of sight. But that move also made it impossible to use the standard end links, so I had to go for the rod ends plus welding a bracket for them on the lower A arms.

.

I also made a reinforcement for the rear end of the lower A arm bolt according to what have been discussed here on the board in countless posts:
