Rodders in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Hey, are there any rodders here in Tulsa that are on this board? If there are, does anyone happen to have a car trailer or tow dolly that they might lend out for a couple of hours on Saturday. The trailer I was going to use to pick up my LeMans had a wheel bearing go bad and it won't be fixed for at least another week. I can't pay much in cash, but I might be able to pay some in auto parts.

How about U-Haul? they rent out tow dollys for pretty cheap.

Uhaul wants $50 to rent one for 2 hrs. The problem is they won't let me pull one with my truck. I have to have at least a class II reciever hitch (rated at 3,500) to pull the tow dolly. My bumper pull (rated at 5,000) isn't enough for them. I've pulled a car trailer with a bigger vehicle than the LeMans with it before, so I know it can easily do it.

So how much would it take to get your trailer fixed?
Is the axal/spindle ground up from the bad bearing?

Its not mine. Thats the problem. Its a friend of my dads and he said he wouldn't have it fixed for at least a week. I don't know what all is wrong.

I am a rodder in Tulsa, but I am a poor college student without even a garage, let alone a trailer. If I did I would gladly help out. A LeMans huh, what year? I got a 1969 GTO as my baby.
