roll bar instalitions in back ofcar

I would like to install roll bar though back deck lid . right now I have back seat out of car and the roll bar is attached to back wall where seat goes but I want to cut them out and install them in trunk so I can reinstall back seat . can some one help me please?

Why? A chassis builder can make you a complete cage that, unless you look closely, you won't see.

in a 1981 f body the rear bars should be going through the rear DECK where normally you'd have speakers , the problem is the center "hoop" that will have a crossbar at an angle making it hard if not impossible to get anyone in the back seat. if this is just for looks(installing seat)
the bars going through the parchal shelf(rear deck) shouldn't cause any issue with the seat.
you asking to put bars in/through the deck lid(trunk lid) is not needed, just go through the shelf behind the seat and mount the bar ends to the frame rail and being it's unit body you'll need 1/4" thick plates welded to unit body and bar welded to it..
only reason I could see them not putting the rear bars through shelf and into trunk, is trunk space as it's a joke in those cars.
