The ad, so-so. Ron Paul, just because of his voting history alone, I would consider voting for him. He is in fact intelligent and is a keen student of history, and in office I feel he would push for the long term betterment of our country, and not some "quick fix" for short term re-election goals. My .02, and that is all it is worth.

We need to start caring for our own country and screw the rest of this world right now, we are hated by most and have been trying to support and police the world, we can't take care of what we have. close the borders, kick out the illegals, put people to work (instilling some pride in a job will be a task) and do a make-over of the sorry politicians that run this country.

I don't buy the comment that we're hated by most . . . not one bit. I've been to a good portion of the world, including North Africa/Middle East, and for the most part the American people are liked. Most populations have been very good about separating our people from our politics. They see our wars as politics, and our benevolent gestures as acts from the people.

A lot of my world travels were during George W, and we were the butt of jokes because of him. Just watched John Huntsman on Letterman tonight, liked what I saw enough to do some research on him. With Ron Paul and Huntsman, there is now 2 out of 8 that I would vote for. Sorry Mitt and Newt, just can't see it.
