Rotating Assembly Kit

I am purchasing a new rotating assembly kit for a 383. In regards to forged pistons what is better, the dome or flat top? My car will see track time but I would like to use street gas 92 octane.Also in regards to the short block what is the better choice? 2-piece or 1-piece seal?

Actually, I would like a 4340 crank but is it forged as well? I am going to use 200hp of juice.

Also, can anyone recommend a great forged rotating short blocks?

Two points to consider:

a) I doubt you can get any kind of streetable compression ratio using dome pistons.

b) Assuming you can manipulate other factors to keep the compression ratio the same, flat top pistons are theoretically less detonation-prone than pop-ups.
