how do i lift it??
go to the local harbour freight and buy 4-1 ton ratcheting hand winches, put some cross pieces of 2x4 in the rafters long enuf to cover three rafters( 6 +- feet)mount the 2x4 on edge with screws and wrap the chain around it and the center rafter. this will give you a strong support and will allow you to lift it safely and slowly.i would not leave it there too long as you may sag the roof but i don't thik it would.
