It just seems to do it when it gets hot. It's not pinging and I hear no backfires, just the exhaust making like a thump noise when it misses. I think it's only 1 cylinder because on the highway I could hit it to WOT and it would act like it was one cylinder. I took off my smog system a few months back so it's not the EGR. I am just going to get new wires. DMoriss, I have an Accel distributor cap and rotor on it and I am sure they are fine for only having 25,ooo miles on 'em both.Also I replaced the fuel filter over a year ago with a Wix. How long do they last for? Thanks all I'll let you know tomarrow. Steve
