I have a 28 5 window coupe with mustang II front suspension. Will rotors off a Ford Ranger fit?

I assume that you find the origional 9" rotors insufficient? I am not sure of the RANGER rotors but the usual method is the use of GRANADA 11" rotors and vendors such as FATMAN FABRICATIONS offers spindle modification/kit to use GM calipers.

If you want to stay all FORD, MASTER POWER BRAKES can modify the spindles to mount most any caliper. I prefer the look of late MUSTANG four piston calipers myself, but to each his own.
