Here's a hint. Go to Rockauto.com and look up the inner and outer wheel bearings for both vehicles. If they are the same, there's a CHANCE that the rotors fit. If not, there's no chance at all.
Of course, the even more obvious problem is that the caliper mounts are integral to the spindle and the S-10 rotors are larger than the Vega rotors, so there's no way to move the calipers to fit.
