, all the info you seek is there. The S-10 swap requires you to use the S-10 spindle, a '75-up Vega/Monza lower ball joint, and a set of the tapered ball joint stud adapters sold at V8Monza.
Your other choice is to look for '75-up Monza spindles and brakes, these have a better vented rotor and better caliper, but are still 4 bolt wheel pattern. Getting pretty hard to find in usable shape however.
The S-10 swap is really the most economical way to get 5 bolt wheels and better brakes and is pretty easy to do.
