rotors n brakes upgrade

I want 2 put brakes pads n slotted/crossed rotors on the rear what kind of car that i can get them off that will be compatible wit my rearend. or do i have 2 buy the kit? i have a 73 impala custom wit the old brake shoes n drums.

You'll probably better off buying a kit, Stainless Steel Brake Corp. has a kit for the rear, upgraded slotted/cross drilled rotors and pads for the front. Put in your make, model and year and it will pull up a list of parts available. Keep in mind that you will have to replace your master cylinder and proportioning valve for the capacity that the rear dis brakes will need.
