I would investigate the lengths of all possible hoses from what you have. Look up the hoses from the car that uses those spindles, the hoses from the application of the calipers (which were used in TONS of GM cars) and a few others. Just choose the hose that gives you the right length with the right fittings on either end.

I ended up using some truck hoses on my custom setup. I determined the length by jacking the car up so the suspension was at full droop, and turned the wheels left and right to make sure I had enough, but no extra that would get in the way when the suspension was compressed.

rubber lines

I have heard that you can use truck rubber lines.. what am really looking for is the lines they send you in those disc brake kits for 55-57. in the kit it uses 69 camaro rotor and mulibu calipers which i already have, the only thing i dont have are the lines...if i use muibu line's they are about 21/2 inch's short... thanks dave

Tri 5 Disk Brake Hoses

Give one of these a try:

NAPA part # 36845

I found these listed for use with 2" drop spindles

Bendix-77225
Wagner-F98912
Raybestos-BH36845
EIS-SP5753

I am in the information gathering stage of my disk brake conversion, so I cannot verify these numbers.

Stock spindle hose

The NAPA hose number is supposed to fit stock spindles.
The other four were for drop spindles.

Let us know if any of them work and good luck on your project.

rubber lines

Well i went to the part store and ordered 2 hose's #36845..they wont be in until a few days but they showed me a pic'c of the fitting on the end and it don't look like it will bolt to a Malibu caliper? Am really not for sure yet but ill give it a try..the length look like it will work but not the fitting. Something i think was funny is any time i go to a part store and being that am only 24 yrs old buying parts for a 55 Chevy they look at me funny and say, so you like the old cars, i figured you wanted some Honda parts..
