About the rusty body part and radiator hose.
If the body parts are large, or not easily removable and small enough to fit into a bucket, Permatex Rust Remover Gel is a nice wipe on and leave ten minutes and wipe off product. Problem is that if the rust is on a chrome part and you use this stuff it will remove the rust but expose the ruined finish. The gel is kinda spendy so a more cost effective solution is 50/50 muriatic acid and water mixture applied to the rusty area and rinsed with water ten minutes. For the radiator hose make a 10% muriatic acid 90% water solution in a bucket and sit the hose in there a little while, maybe 3 or 5 minutes. But careful i' m not sure if the acid will compromise the strength and integrity of the hose material. Be VERY careful with muriatic acid read all cautions on the bottle the fumes are dangerous and you'll want gloves and safety goggles at the least, probably a respirator unless you're outdoors with a little wind.
