rusting through from the inside out..

the 66 buick I just bought for a daily driver has some major patches in the floors...the window leak in the front and back...so I'm going to replace them...around the door jambs of the bottom of the doors towerds the quarters...I'm going to cut out the rust, then replace and patch these spots...I've noticed where the rear interior panels right next to the jambs in the back seat are..there is also rust...plus in the front wher the heater vents are, are about rusted an inch up...I'm going to save this car....anyone have any ideal's on how I can do so...and where and how much replacement sheet metal cost??? you guys are always great help...
