Ok Here it is.

I am currently starting on a new Rod, and am trying to make sure everything goes smoothly, so am looking into what the best combination of engine parts to get the package that will give the results i want to achieve.

I know I want a 350 or stroked 350, I want the car to preform well, as a street/strip toy basically.

I would like to go somewhere in the range of 500HP, preferably without supercharging at this stage as the expense over this side of the world to do that is rather large.

Any help Idea would be appreciated, and while i am familiar with engines, the actual process of selecting components to create an engine to achieve the result i want is out of my scope.
