i know a guy using cow tracks i think theyre called... kind of like traction bars but they bolt up on each end... pretty much adds a two link to the springs... he swears by them.. be a good bit cheaper than converting to a 4link coil over setup though that would be ideal... a 4 link is just 4 bars that pivot up and down that mount at the frame and the rear end... but youd need to change over to coilovers or airbags to use them.... the front suspention i cant really remember what brand of springs or the spring rate... i was to say comp engeneering... call them up though and theyll be able to help you out choosing.. youll want an easy up hard down spring... if you do switch to coils in the back figure out what size slick youre going with and talk to them about it too.... the stock suspension i think is enough to hold the truck up fine... and if youre using big enough slicks i wouldnt woprry about the front end much... the back at the least needs some traction bars though
