s10 conversion

hello again. a new question. in this conversion, the donor truck was a 1982 short bed, i am installing sb 383. the gauge cluster is from a 1988 non electronic speedo with gauges. in the hayes reference book it appears that the the gauges are controlled via a resistive type sensor. with the small block using an eldebrock intake what resistive range sensor should be used to control both the temp and what type for the oil in the block. it appears in parts books they are 82 ohm. should i go with this?

Just get the appropriate senders for an 88 S10 with a 4.3 and adapt them with bushings if you have to. This is foolproof.
