s10 doors

Hi folks, I hope some one on here can help me , I just put new doors on my 89 S10, one lined up OK ,the other needs it bad, About a 1 inch drop , its a fixed hinge, I don't know how to adjust, help please.thanks ahead of time. Doc.

Those hinges are welded to the door and the cab correct? You mentioned "new" doors, are these doors brand new, or just new to your truck? Did you change them by removing and changing the hinge pins and bushings, or did you cut and re-weld the hinges? Answering some of these questions will help us get you on the right track to a good solution.

My 95 S10 doors have bronze bushings around the pins through the hinges. Are all of your bushings in place?

if the bushings are good you have to bend the hinges to adjust the door. usually you can jack up the door with a floor jack and bend it that way.
