Eversense this happned the tranny will make a click noise and when i drive it feels like it lacks power. When i accelerate it makes a vibration! The truck only has 59,125 on it. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? How much time i might have? Do i need to replace the tranny or can i fix it? Should i not be driving it or can i? This whole thing is very stressful. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!

When she kicked the shifter around, did the gears "grind" at any point?

Was it knocked into a lower gear (the truck would have slowed from engine braking)?

Is the clicking you hear happening as you drive, and if so, in what gear(s)?

Can you 'feel' the clicking through the shifter?

Do you hear the clicking w/the clutch pushed in?

Hear it in neutral?

Does it change w/engine rpm or road speed?

All in all just glad this bs didn't kill an innocent family...
