At 10psi intercooled they can reliably flow enough to make about 425hp, so if you want a 425hp 350 then yes. You won't have to spin it over 4500RPM to get there if you do it right. That equates to about 500ftlb of torque... That's where "undersizing" a turbo can help you. high torque values low in the RPM range do nothing for racing, but for street driving it makes a big difference. I would definitely clean up the exhaust housings though and intercool it. Undersized turbos tend to heat up more.
