Sacramento area--looking for a mechanic

A friend of mine who lives in Citrus Heights has a daughter whose 1980 El Camino is in serious need of some brake and power steering work, maybe more. Does anybody know of an honest shop or individual in the Sacramento area who could fix this heap for a reasonable price?
