I have both the 40 pound pressurized sand blaster and the large sand blast cabinet. The only thing that was wrong with the pressurized blaster was the "gun" got ate up pretty quick internally and wouldn't shut the air and sand off so I put a "dead-mans" nozzle on it and it has been great for 6 years now. The blast cabinet is good, I have not had anything go wrong with it. The ceramic nozzles wear out pretty quick so I would suggest a carbide nozzle. Another thing about sand blasters is they don't like any moisture in the sand, must be dry or it will plug up quite easily. You have two use a good water trap or dryer. I use two, the one I have permanently in my shop lines and one at the blasters. What CFM is your compressor?
