sanding base for clear coat
Hi all,
I'm looking to get clear coat the bonnet I was working on tomorrow. What is the best sand paper grit to use on the base before applying clear coat? I'm looking for a flat, deep shine.

All we look to do is just check over the base for nibs and trash..If you must sand use a 600/800 grit for that..should not have to sand if you are in the recoat window..
