Satin black challenger done...

This fellas car got stuck in a hail storm&he took it to a shop who really screwd him. They didn't even put the stud welder to it they used bonds on dents 1/4 inch or more! And then they didnt even prep the body just shot blue on it&after that primer?Idk wtf the guy was smoking.Anyways I did my best for the fella.it had around 30 dents.I stripped it down put the stud welded to it,git my hammers&dollies etc here's a few shots.

Holy Moley, that was a Texas type of storm! Hard to believe some fool would just bondo over the dents, the owner could have done that!

Lol yeah that thing was a mess!I ended up doing a bunch of extra bodywork for free cuz I felt so bad for him lol.The wife says I have to stop doing that .she's right but man it was horrible there were some holes the size of a pencil eraser that had bondo slopped allover it&the dip 5ht didnt even mix the harder in it correctly.I figure if I do a little extra for my customers they will remember that & save my number ya know?

Probably cause it was beat up car already, look how much bondo it had in it. Would not surprise me if it had other issues with body/drivetrain.

Satin is pretty popular, and it looks good on the body lines if you ask me. Even if retro isn't my cup of tea.
