Hey gang --
I have been trying to search for an understandable solution to what I'm trying to accomplish -- but to no avail thus far. Here's what I have:
I have a sbc 350 with carburetor that I've put into my '93 YJ jeep. For various reasons, I want to install a TBI system. I've purchased a complete TBI system off of a '90 suburban -- wiring harness and all. I've got everything figured out (I think) to make the switch EXCEPT what I really need to wire up into my existing system. Like I said, I have already wired up a working sbc 350 with carburetor -- and I've been trying to locate a good electrical diagram of the harness to limited luck.
I'm hoping that I am going to essentially only need a few power wires and grounds, maybe along with the O2 sensor I need to add, to make this all work -- but I'm hoping someone with a more solid understanding of what I am actually going to need or not need, can help me out. I essentially need to figure out what wires from the factory hookup harness that would've gone through the firewall -- I am actually going to need to use, and those that I don't.
Anybody done this and/or know more about what I'm trying to accomplish and can steer me in the right direction? Much help appreciated...I've been trying to reach the answer prior to soliciting for help -- but now here I am.
Cheers and thanks in advance!
Mike
