Post SBC 350 set-up

ok this is going to be quite lenghtly here. I have a 93' chevy 1/2 ton single cab. Right now i have a 350 bored .30 over, flat tops Comp .480 lift cam, 1.94/1.50 heads, the 882's, 1.5 stock rockers, professional products "Hurricane" intake similar to the Victor Jr. and a carter 750 carb. 9.5:1 compression. 700r4 tranny with stage 2 shift kit, open unit rear end with stock 2:73 highway gears. as of right now i am running 13.50's in a 1/4, which is much better than the v-6 i had in there lol. i am fixing to put a posi unit in with 3:73, 3:90 or 4:10 gears which should help a little for traction with the posi unit. But what else could i do to get a little better times, i think i am going to change the intake to a Edelbrock Air-Gap RPM to get more low end torque, because me intake dosent turn on till 3500 RPM's. ohh and i also have a 1800-2000 stall is that enoguh too or do i need more? Please me me in anyway to get some more bottom end torque with my set-up and get a little better times in the 1/4 thanks alot CRK.

Howcome you say a 3000 stall will hurt i just talked to a few gearheads around town and they said running a 2800-3000 would be perfect for my set-up. What would it hurt?

I got a 7,000 pound RV with a turbo 4cyl. that runs 12.50 in a quarter mile but she seams a little sluggish off the line. Do you think it could be the 2.46 open rear?

Dear Hotrodders:
I own a 73 Chevy School bus with an invader 366 engine, I was at the track the other day, and could barely break into the 30s in the quarter mile. What can I do? Nitrous maybe, how fast would it run the quarter if I drove it off of a cliff? I outran my buddy's camaro because I fooled him with my stop sign, and blew right by him!
