You need to be a little more specific. I could recommend a good set of heads but then you would have to buy $2.50 a gallon gas at the race track to run it. What compression are you shooting for? Any preferance iron or aluminum? What cam are you planning? Where is this thing going to spend life street or track?
Sorry guy's it will run on the street sat night toot type of thing , I want to run 94 % octane & maybe a little 110 or 115 octane when I want to play , I would like to get 400 - 500 hp if i can ,
Do you know what pistons are in it? Dished, how many cc's, or flattops. 400-500 HP is going to involve more than just bolting on a set of heads. Define "mild cam" . Mild cams say 268 adv duration don't typically make 400 HP unless they are in 500 CI engines!!
Is is right that you need to tell us what cam you are using. If you are using a cam that will make power to around 6000 I would go with the AFR (Air Flow Research) 195cc heads. If you are taking the motor to closer to 7000 I would look at the AFR 210 heads. Either head setup will get you very close to if not over 500 hp.

Check out the AFR combos on this website. There are several combos with AFR heads, but you have to look at all the pages to see them all, they are kind of spread out.
