Probably an OEM cam. Aftermarket grinds will usually be marked on the rear of the cam with a number such as 280H or 280S or some such number. To find the lift, measure across the major diameter and the minor diameter of any lobe. Subtract the smaller number from the larger and multiply times 1.5
The first lobe from the front will be an exhaust lobe, second lobe from the front will be an intake lobe.
I would caution you against using it in a motor. Its best use from here on out will be as a door stop.
