sbc question

hello everyone, can anyone tell me if i can use a older (1978) sbc with a 1994 intake and heads? i want to put into my 94 suburban THANK YOU!

sbc question

The later block has a 1 piece rear seal so it will require a different flywheel or flexplate.Other than that it will work

right on, and those heads should wake that block up over it's stock heads. Brian

If you can get hold of some late model vortecs ('96 up). That would wake it up a little more. Needs a vortec intake though.
