SBC Roller Tip Rockers?

Hello, I'm having a pre 1986 marine 350 rebuilt and I thinking of installing roller tip rockers on it. The engine is completely stock and will run up to 4800 rpm. Do I need to have guide plates and screw in studs installed for the roller tip rockers?
Thanks,
Mike

It's not necessary to have them changed to screw in studs but since you are rebuilding it anyways, I would at least have the pressed in studs pinned. Just cheap insurance IMHO.
