SBC Stroker Oil Pan Problem??

Hello

I currently have an 84 Chevy block that i just installed a forged eagle rotating asembly. The stroke is 3.750 with 6.0 Eagle rods.
80-85 blocks still have a 2 piece seal but have a right handed dipstick instead of a left.

I cannot find a stroker oil pan or a pan that will clear more than 3.500 stroke for this year block.
Can a do thing the old fashion way and install a pan, turn the engine over and hammer the pan out where it rubs?? Or will there still not be enough clearence??

Help plz??

Have you verified you will even have a problem with a stock pan? I don't know why the crank will fit within the confines of the block but the pan won't even cover it. I've never see a problem with one.

You shouldn't have a problem. If you're just reading pan specs, ignore them. Most all pans will clear it. My 329 stroker's origional pan clears just fine.
