Would these parts work together or should I be looking for a different set up ?

Tell us more of what you have to begin with, engine wise and where you want to be when done.
I don't believe that is a particularly good combination. Without knowing that base engine nor its year, 289, 302, 5.0L, it is kind of difficult to make full recommendations. If it is a roller camshaft engine block, makes it different again.
These are fairly good pair of heads with decent valve size for a street driven car - but that camshaft will not be much help. One thing to consider - with stock or stock replacement type pistons, I would limit valve lift to ~.500+/- a few thou. with 1.6 ratio rockers.
Since you are probably speed shop limited in England, I would suggest that you stay with a "kit", and use an Edelbrock Performer intake and camshaft, the unknown brand roller rockers and an Edelbrock 1405 or 1406 600cfm carb to go with those heads. You can upgrade to the Performer RPM as well, but the baseline RPM range does move up and your rate of use of $10/gallon of premium gas does as well.
Again, tell us more as well as what kind of budget you are looking at.
