scamed by rareelectrical . com

i ordered a new trim motor for my outboard at Rareelectrical . com and got a bad one that's not working. I didn't receive any reply via email and when i called them up the said: We not responding on this issue and prefer not to do business with you, then he hang up.
this is a complete scam, i spend $260 and got trash.
Rather be safe and buy somewhere else!

First post!? Normally you start out by saying hi, this is who I am.

I have ordered from them and had no problem.

No matter where you buy electrical parts they won't warranty them if they have been hooked up. I wouldn't either, you hook it up backwards and it costs them money?

If you feel you have been treated unfairly by Rareelectrical. Please call us at 1866-695-0363. I certainly don't think we have EVER treated anyone the way you have described, however please give us a chance to fix this mix up.
Thanks Jay
