They let the third juror go.That guilty bastard is going to walk.People on juries in California need to open their eyes. The only people they seem to find guilty are police officers.

Court TV just announced that a verdict will be read at 4:00 PM. E.T. He will walk out of there a free man.Go and party with O.J and Rodney King.

Jon moved away at the end of 4th grade; we talked maybe once a year and since 8th grade I don't think I ever spoke to him. After he was on the news, I heard that he got into witchcraft and all that evil stuff.

is a link to an article in it... it's sad and sick... he should be killed; as much as I'd hate to ax an old friend, but times change, dont'cha know.

The stuff about scott being charged for 1 count of murder is if the baby is considered an abortion. I feel abortion=legalized murder so I think he should be charged for 2. But some stupid liberalist group will prolly call it an abortion or something so it's just 1 murder.

Yes guilty with special circumstances! Good job jury! There is a huge crowd outside the courthouse that cheered for justice. Its still sad that it had to come to this. Cant bring the innocent victims back.

In Russia, the method of execution is with a 9 MM Takerov pistol round in the back of the head, when you least expect it. You arent given any warning or last meal etc etc etc. They just walk you out of your cell like taking you to the dispensery or to the exercise pens and once off the cell block, while you are standing there waiting for them to close the door, your lights go out and thats it.

That's more humane than our long lethal injection process.

That is also a whole lot cheaper. It should never be humane.Murdered people were not humanley killed. They are beaten,stabbed,shot,burned,etc....I am sure victims would have much rather just went to sleep instead of writhing in agony after being stabbed. No mercy.

Personally, I am in favor of public executions. I dont see the reason why a person being executed for a heinious crime should have his dignity and privacy to be concerned about. However, I do believe that when you do execute someone you better have all the I's dotted and T's crossed.
Just ruminations from a person with 19 yrs. experience in Corrections.
