I think when the latest upgrade was done, the search function was change to the one you see at the top of the page......It does work......I liked the old one better

Click the search function without entering any searchwords.
When it opens go to the bottom of that page and you´ll see,
Forum Deep Search, click that and you´re on the multiple Search Forums, "the old one".

Yea, a lot of forums seem to be migrating to the google search funtion, but I don't like it either. Say you remeber a forum member posting about a cetrain subject years ago. With the advanced search you can search by forum member name AND key word so you only get relevent returns, not pages of google.

Better access to the old search engine- along with fixing several other issues- has been asked about a long time ago now. I brought them all up again almost two months ago: Forum Fixes

Am I missing something?

Each forum still has the same search function at the top of the page.
