seat belts
Can anyone tell me the location for the anchor points to install seat belts in a 57 chevy 2dr. hrdtp.

There are no factory anchor points because the 57 did not come with seat belts. You will have to pick your own locations and insure that there is enough material to properly anchor them to the floor. You can anchor them directly to the floor as long as the floor is not rusted. Normally the anchor points are backed up by large flat plates with the anchor nut on one side to spread the load out.
