seat interchangeability
I have a stock 78 Malibu Classic Landau that has split bench seats. I would like to find and install lowback bucket seats. Has anyone done something similar to this? What seats are interchangeable? Thank you

not to sure but i have an 81 elcamino i took out the bench seat and put buckets in i found sliders out of a elcamino that had buckets at the junk yard and bolted them on a set out of a 98 mustang and put them in hope it helps

I put buckets in my 78 Malibu wagon and took out the bench(duh, ya think) It was a bolt in. The seats came out of an 83 Malibu mordoor.
PS Carguy, I really like your Elco. Don't have a clue to the color, but I like it! I have a cowl hood on my wagon, and I keep an eye out for the front spoiler! It's my SUV (Seriously Used Vehicle) [ August 12, 2002: Message edited by: Madd Syntst ]</p>

i dont even know what color that it is, it was yellow when i got it. that pic is about 8 months old i got a cowl hood now. if i can figure out how to use this computer ill post some pics in the album <img src="graemlins/crash.gif" border="0" alt="[crash]" />
