Just wondering how many states in the US have seat belt laws? Here in Manitoba seat belts are mandatory and you get a hefty fine if you or any of your passengers are caught not wearing one. I believe they are also mandatory in Ontario and Saskatchewan, but I'm not sure about the rest of Canada. (Oh, and if you ride a motorcycle, we have a helmet law, too)!
