seatbelts for a 4dr. hardtop?

Is there anyone else out there that has put belts into a 4dr. hardtop?I can't see being able to put much more than lap belts into it, and am not sure if they are much better than nothing, other than in a rollover. This is a 57 Buick Special with origional bench seats.I don't want to change them out to a bucket that has a shouder harness attached to the back. What other ideas do you guys have ?

belts

I've put a "street" harness in a Chevelle, the top part just goes over the back of the seat, the lap part went between the bottom and back like a regular belt. RCI make them, should be available from Summit and Jeg's. Hope it helps.

By the way, I like your 39. I've got one myself.

Thanks for the tip, I'll look in to that type of belt. Hadn't heard of them before. My 39 doesn't look like the one with my name yet,but it will someday. It took the backseat while we were getting this 57 finished .
