Serpentine Belt Conversion for 1984 S10

Having a problem trying to covert a 1984 S10 2.8 liter engine in my truck to a Serpentine belt system using all hardware (ps,alt, smog pump,& a/c) including brackets from a 1987 Blazer(84 is V belt driven CW, 87 is CCW serpentine driven) . The water pump is not interchangeable but found out that the 60 deg.V6 was used in other makes of cars and trucks. Anybody have any information or suggestions on this conversion. The 87 water pump base is different and the housing is shorter, I tried a water pump out of a Fiero, the base is the same but the housing is also to short.

My sons 85 4WD Isuzu Trooper came with the GM 2.8 with the CCW serpentine setup. May give that part# a try.
