I bought a used Frankland Quick change a few years ago and trying to get it together.

It came out of a dirt modified and was set up for wide five hubs and willwood brakes. I pulled everything apart including the axle tubes out of the side bells. It also had a spool in it and I would like to put a locker in it and convert it to Ford 9" style axles and use drum brakes.

Where is the best place to find parts? Really dont want to spend $800 for a new locker.

Try for a used locker. Winters sells tubes with Ford9 housing ends installed and axles to match.
