Sheared screw to valve cover

While torquing the screw to the screw on the valve cover closest to the distrubutor, I broke the head off of the screw. Tried drilling it out and ended up making the whole bigger and a bit more back than the original. Any suggestions on how to fill or retapping?

How tight were you torquing them?? You could drill and tap it to the next size then re-drill the valve cover flange to meet it, or do a backyard fix, clean it up good and filling the hole with JB weld or something similar, drill and tap it, it might hold. If the head is off you can take it and have it welded, drill and retap.
