Shelby 427 Alum. Fuel Injected Blower Stroker Engine

Hi Guys,
We are building a 69 Shelby GT 500 ProStreet Convertible. We bought ol Shel's 427 -(462)to use in our car. We were going to use a whipple Axial Blower on the engine but Whipple is a long way from having that blower setup made for a FE engine. We went with a polished BDS 871 blower kit & Intercooler instead. We bought a blower Fuel Injection setup off of Ebay.
It uses a injector bar that bolts to the top of the blower with the twin carb plate mounted on top of that ,then a billet pair of 1000 CFM Throttle
bodys (4150 Style) under the Bugcatcher. Were going to use the Holley 950 Pro for the (Brain). We had it setup for pump gas as it is a Street & Show car.
This is our first blower engine and don't know of anyone else in town running a blower(Roots Style).
Is anyone else running a Roots blower on the street and can you tell us about your setup and if you had or are having any problems doing so!
Thanks for the replys in advance,
Mustangwizard

Welcome to Hotrodders, make yourself at home and pull up a chair and sit a spell. Ask your Roots blower question in the Engine forum and you should get some answers.
