Shift Kit

How hard would it be to install one of these B&M shift improver kits in my 70 Chevy Pick Up 2wd with a th350? What all is involved? Will it harm the trans if its not installed right? http://www.bmracing.com/index.php?id...t=12&subcat=21

Drain the fluid, pull the pan off, pull the valve body off, drill some holes, & mess with some springs...then put it all back together. It isn't really that hard to do if you follow the directions. Yes you can screw stuff up if it isn't done right.
