Shift linkage question

I just picked up a 65 Chevelle with a ZZ4 engine and TH350 trans. The current shift linkage is a B&M ratchet shifter (which I hate). I want to switch to the origonal column shift. The only conversion kit I can find is from Shiftworks". Has anyone ever used one of their kits? If so how good does it work, ie:do you change the detents in the column or can you only shift the trans into 2nd gear (old low gear position). If anyone knows about this kit or knows of another kit that works good I would appreciate any info.

The column shifter mechanism has enough travel to go from Low to Park w/a TH350. There are gear indicator lenses for some Chevys to change from a PG pattern to a TH350/400 pattern. Check @ Shiftworks.

EDIT- Same place as your shift linkage kit.
I have no experience w/the kit you mentioned.
