Yes, it will. So will worn front end parts combined with new tight rear suspension parts.
Could also be a driveshft vibe from the pinion angle being wrong as Cole has suggested. Did you verify the angle when you swapped to the ladder bar suspension??
What ladder bars did you use ?? The bolt-on ones sold by Lakewood and Competition Engineering that also bolt to the stock suspension and housing( these are terrible for traction by the way, all they do is bind up the suspension so it can't move) or Full on Drag chassis ladder bars??
