Shock Angle

Hi,
I'm ready to mount the rear shocks in my 37 Plymouth which has leaf springs.
What angle should they be set at? They are standard street rod shocks from Posies.
Thanks, Barry

If you do a search you will find many articles here which discuss this matter. To put it simply, the bigger the angle, the less effective they will be. The shocks are rated to be set in the vertical position, any angle will reduce that rating.
