Shop Face Lift !!!!!!

Decided to do a little cleanning and painting,,,even put up some better lights..I can now see again !!!!!! Me and my two kids jumped on it, and had a lot of fun together doing it,,,and now the shop is looking pretty good...

Now if I could add on about 40 more feet...

I been wanting to do this for a long time now... It look's like a new shop now... I'm not done yet.. Still have the roof to close up and paint..

I thought about doing the floor's but,,, I drop a lot of things and can't find them now,, So a painted floor might be out the window..

Now that I can see in there now,, I will rethink that..

Give me a plane ticket and I will be there..

Guess I'll just have to do it this time myself. Tax time and I KNOW it's going to cost $$ this year since my wife took a PT job and made too much money (yeah, sure she did - just enough to mess up the SS)

My floor is painted light gray - and makes finding that dropped little part easier to find plus reflects light. It does need a fresh coat though

I noticed the new paint on another thread and thought something was different. I thought you had finally cleaned up but it's the new paint and color scheme along with the lighting.

Looks great.

I know what you mean...
I'm really thinking hard about the floor getting painted..I wanted to do black and white checkered But leanning towards a gray floor,, NO SPECK'S...

I'm really digging the look. Might have to steal the idea and run with it when my garage is no longer attached to a house I'm renting hope you don't mind!

Sweet shop dude I would love a shop that big,That picture to me is what a shop should look like,I have a friend his shop is perfect everything fits just right.cool shop dude.

Yep mine is just a one car carport,but I hope to build a shop next year If these kids would stop moving back home.

Thanks... I have out grown this one... It's 22' wide x 32' long... Way to small for me now.... But I have learn to just get by with it... A lot of good times in this old shop..

haha if I had my way, I'd build a huge one on my extra lot.. with a 2bedroom apartment in front of it.. let someone else pay the taxes/heating/electric.. lol
