Post Should I get my suspension done before my bodywork?

Would I be better off getting my suspention done before my bodywork,or would it matter which I did first?

Depending on what your building I've always try to do suspension first in case you have to lift body or undo body parts to give yourself more room

As a general rule, I usually do the body work last. You can run into problems with paint not wanting to stick if you do the body work before mechanical work. Almost impossible to avoid touching the primered surface. You sure don't want to have it painted then have to do major mechanical work and chance messing up the paint.

You not only want to do the supension work first, but also wheels, tires and suspended weight loads need to be mocked up or real. You want to build the car generally from the bottom up, get it driveable and the last thing you do is finnish work.
