I'm just about to clean up my brake and clutch master cylinders, as the alloy has oxidised

What if anything should I do to protect them?

Clear top coat, clear powder, or leave them bare?

i would polish the reservoirs and just leave them alone, with a little touch up with some hand polish
then paint or powder coat the mounts

Will do, thanks

I'm thinking about solid red for the paint scheme

Going to do pretty much everything red (until I talk myself out of it)

The brackets are normally black, what do you think to continuing the red treatment on the brackets?
